Directions: Create a Google Form quiz that will be taken by other students. You may choose different types of questions (multiple choice, Matching, True/False, Open Response). When you have created your quiz, copy the link to your Form, select the link below to a Google Doc specifically for your class, Type your name in the "Name" column, and paste your Form link in the "Form" column next to your name. After, select 3 quizzes (not your own) that you can take. Try not to use your document to answer the questions -- which means study first. If you need the weekend to finish taking your quizzes, please do so.
Form Requirements:
- 7 Questions
- All questions must come from the Brain Anatomy activity from earlier in the week and the lessons on Right/Left Brain Dominance & Function -- the questions must be answerable from all of it
- Any type of question but you can't have the same type more than 3 times
- Change the Theme of your form
- Make each Question a required question
